By purchasing or using any SystemFlow product, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Products & Delivery
SystemFlow sells digital Notion templates and systems. After completing your order, you will receive instant access to download links. Templates are delivered as Notion template links or downloadable files that you duplicate into your own Notion workspace.
Notion Duplication Rights
Upon purchase, you receive the right to duplicate the template into your Notion workspace. You may use it for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your license tier. See our License page for full details.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Support
- Individual templates include 90 days of email support
- Complete systems include 90 days of email support
- Everything Bundle includes priority email support
- Support covers setup questions, template issues, and general guidance
- Support does not cover custom Notion development or third-party integrations

Intellectual Property
All SystemFlow templates, systems, designs, and content are the intellectual property of SystemFlow. Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the underlying design or structure.
Limitation of Liability
SystemFlow provides templates "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
